Fresh USA Bee Pollen

Our Fresh Bee Pollen is 100% United States in origin and is sourced from naturally occurring wildflowers that change with the seasons. Keeping a rotating inventory of fresh pollen guarantees potency, connection with the biodiversity of nature, and an ever-changing flavor profile. The individual granules of our Fresh Bee Pollen also change drastically in shape, size, color, and moisture with each new flower a bee visits.

The keyword here is Fresh. Our Bee Pollen is guaranteed to be Fresh, retaining its naturally beneficial properties. Fresh Bee Pollen is completely raw pollen that is bottled straight from the hive. We don’t change, alter, add to, detract from, or transform the pollen in any way. Every granule is gathered from the hive and stored in a frozen environment to preserve the beneficial properties.

How to Take Fresh Bee Pollen

Fresh Bee Pollen can be eaten straight from the fridge/freezer, or added to a variety of dishes, cool or cold. Sprinkle on summer salads, vanilla ice cream, or avocado toast and enjoy! We’ve even topped our sushi rolls with it for an added tartness (pictured above). Pollen should not be heated as heating will destroy the nutrients.

Storing your Fresh Bee Pollen in the refrigerator or freezer will extend its shelf life. Fresh Bee Pollen kept in the refrigerator will last about six months and Fresh Bee Pollen stored in the freezer will last about a year.
